Inka Ayway was created out of a deep respect for Peru and a desire to share it the right way. After years of experience and time spent on the ground, we saw how much more meaningful travel becomes when it’s thoughtfully planned and rooted in
local relationships.
Every itinerary we offer is designed with intention - from Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley to Lima. We focus on experiences that feel authentic, well-paced, and immersive. Not rushed. Not surface-level. Just real Peru, experienced the way it should be.

Born and raised in Cusco and based in Aguas Calientes, Roberto has spent more than 23 years guiding travelers through Peru’s most iconic landscapes. A graduate of the Peru Tourism Institute Americana, he brings deep local knowledge and an unshakable passion for sharing his homeland’s history and culture. From leading treks along the Inka, Salkantay, and Choquequirao trails to guiding visitors through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, Roberto embodies the spirit of authentic adventure. His warmth, expertise, and storytelling make every step in the Andes feel personal and unforgettable.

Born in South India and based in Michigan, USA, Ram combines 15 years of experience in IT, web development, and data management with a lifelong love of travel. A University of Michigan graduate, he brings structure, innovation, and a traveler’s curiosity to every aspect of Inka Ayway’s operations. Ram ensures that each journey runs seamlessly from start to finish — integrating technology with tourism to deliver communication, reliability, and trust at every stage.
