• Professional Guides: All of our guides studied English and tourism at Cusco National University. They all grew up in this region and have a true passion to teach others about their heritage. They are fun yet professional and will ensure you are safe and happy.

• Hotels: This tour package includes all hotels (3-star rating) listed in Cusco & the Sacred Valley, Arequipa & Puno. The ecolodge in Puerto Maldonado and Colca Canyon (3-star rating) are also included.- Extra nights can be easily added upon request.
  – All rooms are based on double occupancy. Single room surcharges apply.
  – Upgraded hotels (4-star & 5-star rating) are also available upon request.
  – All tour packages can be booked without hotel accommodation upon request.

• Transportation: All ground transportation is included in this tour package. The return train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo is also included.

• Inka Trail Hike: Below are the services included during your Inka Trail hike 

          Briefing: This is where they will receive their duffel bag that will stay with the porters while they hike.

         Meals: All meals except for the lunch after Machu Picchu are included. All meals are cooked by                     inkaayway Chefs. Water will also be provided during the hike.

         Portable toilet tent: We also bring environmentally friendly, portable toilet tents for only our groups                 to use.

         Satellite Phones: Every guide will have a fully charged phone that can be used anywhere on the                       mountain to connect us anywhere in the world.

Not Included

• Flights: International and domestic flights are not included.

• Gratuities: Tipping is always appreciated and should be based completely on your satisfaction. Although it may not be customary to you, it is of considerable significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels.

• Travel insurance: This is not required, but highly recommended. For those of you who live at sea level, landing in Cusco will take an adjustment period. Most people need one or two days to adjust. In case you have a hard time adjusting to the altitude, it is suggested to have protection for missed tours.

• Inca Trail Hike: Below are the services NOT INCLUDED during your Inca Trail hike:​

• Huayna Picchu Mountain: Huayna Picchu is the mountain that stands next to Machu Picchu. It is a 45 minute hike to the top. Going back down is quite steep, if you are scared of heights. This is done after your tour of Machu Picchu. The cost is $75. Arrangements need to be made at least one month in advance, due to popularity. Please understand that the weather is out of our control
